Ha Ha that title got you didnt it ?.
Well what I mean is does anyone have the exercise thing ?, it looks like you can get fit by just standing on it !, which is my kind of exercise , it also looks very cheap, from what I have seen elsewhere !.

Yes they are very good. I have one you can stand on it or do exercises on it. Its is very massaging too and good for toning. I can recommend it.
