Altering Watch Bracelet Size

This is probably a double now, I'm sure there is supposed to be some info somewhere about how to take links out of their watch bracelet straps - but I can't find it anywhere.

I know quite a lot of you have bought watches recently - can anyone tell me how to take a link out of the bracelet or do I have to go to a jewellers??

I have bought a couple of watches from rocks silver ones and on the back of the bracelet there have been arrows which shos you where and which way to remove the pin you just need to have a tool just big enough to go into the hole to push pin out the way the arrow points failing that it is the jewelers
