Tahitian peal question

I'm sure i was told TP had to be 8.5mm to qualify as a Tp, my question is what does it mean if they are smaller? as i just put these in my basket!

I saw these too, anf thought they looked great but didn't add them because of the size...
but I read somewhere that TP starts from 8mm

It's either 8 or 8.5mm - can't remember which.

Ooops just noticed Tia's post. 8mm it is then!

hmmmm, I should have added them too to match the my TP ring, but the chance the colours will be a match with the ring is very small.

Tia they might be worth getting anyway. The ring and the earrings will be far enough away for them not to need an exact match. I have to say that I love to own the different shades of TPs 'cos each have their own uniqueness.
