Why I was banned!

Finally after no phone calls to tell me why I had been banned after being promised by 2 separate CS Agents, I chased AGAIN. It was more out of curiosity than anything else.

Anyway, this time I happened to speak to a CS Agent with a brain! He asked me why I had 3 accounts with TJC? Eh? News to me! He then looked at each of them and my address in the main account had been converted into all numbers and replicated in each box! As the address wasn't a recognised one the system decided to ban me!!! :grin:

Long story short, he created a new account, input my address details correctly and Bob's your uncle I can buy again!

Problem resolved and so easy - if only the other 2 nitwit CS Agents had bothered to actually look at the account!!!

What a carry on Meeshoo! I hate it when people don't take ownership of a problem and resolve in there and then. So much anger could have been avoided if they had done that the first time you phoned.
