Got to say that Derek Gibbons was on top form this morning, not sure where he gets the energy from but was great to watch.

Think TJC could do with some more call centre staff.

Yes I saw him too Graham and he was great. I really like him and find him very amusing. He kept having to apologise about the wait so I think you're right about the cc staffing. I do think the channel has become much more popular since they changed their selling style and added more affordable ranges too. Miles ahead of the other two channels imho.

Derek is a wee star, I never get bored of watching him, personally i think he's the best presenter TJC have left..and he's my favourite
