Can You Still Track Items?

A long time since I ordered from gems. But I found a pretty ring on ebay and then discovered it on gems at a much lower price even with shipping. The numpty on ebay wanted £65 on gems it was £34!!!!!!!

Since I am in Northern Ireland have to pay £9.95 for their normal delivery, but can I still track where it is? I have to make sure I am in when if comes so if I knew which day then no problem. But it is just blind perhaps 10 days no chance.
