Do you get any notification of a refund?

The first week I was laid up I bought a necklace from TJC and when it arrived it went straight back in the post - just not for me at all.

That was about 3 weeks ago. Do TJC notify you to let you know your refund has been processed? I am totally disorganised and can never find a bank statement and wondered how I could find out.... was £149 so need me cash back to buy other stuff!

No notification. You'll have to call them or your bank.

I just check my bank online to see if the refund has gone in!

I always call CS about a week after returning something and often they will say I'll action it now for you. It would seem that once the warehouse have checked the goods and put them back into stock it shows as a pending refund on your account and then someone in CS has to finish the process. If you don't call then I think they just action it when they get round to it which obviously takes longer.
