Had a good chuckle watching the presenter 'Carrie' today, she is so funny with a great sense of humour. I purchased from shoppingtv.com last week and to my surprise the item arrived in JUST 2days dispite postal problems elsewhere, so clearly the technical problems are teething problems and does not reflect the company as a whole....customer services was also very helpful when I called to ask about more information on their return policy. :flower:
