Is Gems HIDING bad reviews on the website?

I've noticed this a few times now.

You click to view full details of an item, and for a moment you see the first picture I've attached below. Then, after literally a second and before you have chance to read the indifferent reviews, they disappear and you see the second picture below. This ONLY seems to happen with bad reviews - the good ones stay on the screen.

If what seems to be happening, is happening, this is SERIOUSLY dodgy!

I've noticed this too, but I think it's a computer glitch cos it's always the same review (3 stars for Quality, 5 stars for value, 3 stars for appearance) which pops up briefly whatever the item. It only does it for items they're showing live - it doesn't happen if you click on a review for a web item.
