All orders placed before midnight on Sunday 20th will be guaranteed for delivery on the 22nd or 23rd of December. However, on Monday the 21st our two websites will not be processing any new orders as we change over to our new Information Technology System. We hope to have <a href="http://www.rocks.tv">www.rocks.tv</a> back and running on the 22nd of December, however <a href="http://www.colouredrocks.com">www.colouredrocks.com</a> will take a little longer to make fully operational. We apologise for any inconveniences this may cause, but whilst the sites are not taking transactions you will still be able to call our sales team or our customer service team on freephone 0800 6444 647. Our broadcast on Sky 647 remains un-affected, however orders placed after the 20th of December are not guaranteed to be delivered before Christmas Day.<br /><br />Best wishes for the festive season from everyone at Rocks TV.

is it me? or has this refurbishment of IT systems taken an itty-bitty bit longer than it should've.

We really wanted to be back up first thing on Tuesday, but as is often the way with these things, we have run in to a few hitches.

Andy, myself and the programming team have been working through the night for the last couple of days (we've managed to catch about 4 hours sleep since Monday morning!) and we're really hopeful of launching some form of system today.

We'll keep you posted
