Just checked my balance on my mobile and I thought I recognised the voice but for the life of me couldn't think who it was. Then it came to me it's Sara! She is the voice of T mobile! Am I right??

You could be right Sammyb. I've just listened to it and it does sound like here dusky voice.
 
It's very likely, she does a lot of voiceover work. She used to (don't know if she still is as I haven't rung them in a while) be the voice for Additions Direct's automated telephone service, and a few others.
 
She has a lovely speaking voice, nice tone to it and does not yak at a great speed unlike others I will not mention!
