Proto - Col capsules

Hi,

Has anyone any advice on how to get these down without your throat feeling as if they are all stuck in it, no matter what l take them with l feel they are stuck in my throat for ages after having taken them, l have tried drinking hot drinks and cold drinks and lots of water to no effect.
Also are there any known side effects with taking them? have tried looking on the web site but unable to find any information.

The only thing I found out about them is they use bovine collagen in them. So I wouldn't touch them.

How about taking a good sallow of liquid before taking and then as you take them.
