Flexi:Bak

Oooo I've just been watching Andy on the flexi:bak, it looks more like a torture item than a piece of 'medical' equipment!

I was mesmerised by the last exercise - Andy flat out with his feet together and knees well apart. whilst gently rocking from side to side....I don't know about him but it did me the world of good :heart:

was he in loose shorts?

I think he's have to avoid the tight ones, he suffers from chaffing, poor lamb....saying that though, I'd be more that happy to slather him in Sudocrem :tongue:
