8 items in the clearance section? last time i looked there was over 1600, the shop has a much lower number of items and so has the bid now section?
Are they going the same way as gems USA?
 
I noticed the virtual disappearance of "clearance" and wondered if it was just that they don't want us to take 20% discount on clearance items. xxxxx

Maybe but things have been gone for a while now for example there were a few rubellite rings i had my eye on and they all went off the web about to months ago but i emailed the personal shop and i was sent about 20 options none of which were on the web, also demantiod garnets have gone as well there was a pendant i quite liked in 18k white gold last time i saw it there were at least 10 in stock!
All very strange if you ask me!
 
I reckon they'e going down the pan. Every time I look, the total number of items online has reduced.

I hope they are not, going the same way as gems usa. Maybe they are changing something on their website, like getting new items to display and taking down some of their actual products? I don't know...
