I was watching the Decleor hour with Claire this morning and my mum said she liked the bracelet Claire was wearing so I phoned the studio line to enquire whether it was a QVC item. The person I spoke to said he had a list of what the presenters were wearing and he'd check it. He came back to me within about 10 secs and said "it must be one of her own, its not on the list". Damn I thought but decided to check out QVC's website anyway to see if I could spot it. Low and behold there it was in "new items" and there too were the earrings Claire was wearing. I don't often phone QVC, I usually order on the internet or via Qcut but have to say I don't seem to be on the receiving end of their award winning customer service when I do phone.
