Hi all,

After receiving a substantial refund for my pads over the last few weeks, I though I would indulge a little on Saturday morning.

I called early to purchase the pendant. I pressed 3 ( gems have my upto date card details for refunds)
I was then transferred to customer services becuase the system did not recognise my card. In the meantime the price dropped. The customer services lady went into "script mode" told me that I was interuppting her becuase I want to know if the pendant was allocatad to me, the monologue continued....
I asked why my details were not recorded on the system.....the lady confirmed that they had my card details however due to the change over ect.
As iif the change over is a good reason for me not being able to secure the pendant.
At this point I could give a hoot about systems being merged. All the pendants were sold.
This would have been my first purchase for about three years. I was left very disappointed.
