Hello everyone,

As you are probably aware, we are behind with dispatching orders at the moment. Even though we now have the combined warehouse team of Coloured Rocks and Gems TV and have brought extra people in and have teams working overtime and on Saturdays, we are not getting through the backlog as quickly as we would like to.

One of the issues that we are facing at the moment is that the authenticity cards are taking a long time to print. As a temporary measure, we will be dispatching orders without these for the next few days to help us to catch up. If you receive any items that you would like us to send cards out for, please email [email protected] with 'Authenticity card' in the title and the order number and product code in the message. We will then send these out as soon as we can.

I hope that this will not cause anyone inconvenience, but we're hoping this temporary measure will really help us to get on top of the backlog.
