I had a lovely sodalite necklace from Rockstv last year and the thread broke (luckily at home) and the beads scattered everywhere. I couldn't find the invoice and it was no longer available on the website, but phoned up CS and, although they didn't have access to last year's invoices, they told me to send it back so they could repair it for me.
Last week I was surprised by a ring at the door by the DPD man (haven't ordered anything for a while) and there was my repaired necklace back all safe and sound.
Many thanks to all involved at Rockstv for the great service. :clapping:
P.S. Could we please have access to an Order History - it really would help a lot!
 
Great to know they repair the necklaces now as one of the forum member was told no and they were refunded!!
