Anyone noticed that this morning they seem to be charging a variable Post and Packing,
from £1.99 - £2.95 and it looks like it's gone back to "per item". Only just tuned in, but I haven't heard any explanation yet.

Oh, here we go again, back to the bad old days. I can think of four items I would like, but no way am I paying nearly £9 for a delivery all in the same bag. I won't be buying today.

Why don't they just stick to one format of one p&p per day?? £5.95 would be acceptable and it all comes in one bag anyway as Jaqualina said. I bet their sales figures today will take a nosedive.

No authenticity cards, now P+P per item, and the clock is doing my head in, I’m so bored!
I find Rocks and co is so much nicer to watch now days, its so relaxed, and hardly any clocks. I am watching TJC the least these days out of the jewellery channels.

I don't think you're alone in thinking that, I only managed to watch an hour this morning and not much was selling, Chloe kept saying that we obviously weren't interested in Russian Diopside but I think it was more to do with the new P&P - TJC please take note !

I don’t like the way they are selling the items, most of the time the graphics come on screen, the price plunges the music gets intense and the clock starts before the item has actually been shown. Then when you do see the items, there is no feel of an auction or anything, you can ring up and get it later anyway so there is just no rush to buy. Its this kind of boring selling that makes people not buy!

I see P&P back to normal this morning, looks like TJC between a rock a hard place

I think if we are honest £2.95 all day has been a bit of a bonus the last few months and it's probably not reasonable to expect it to be maintained, especially if there are people literally buying in bulk

Perhaps they should consider a single P&P per number of items? Depending whether "Unders" day or normal – £2.95/£5.95 for every 3 or 5 items? Am guessing that would satisfy the average buyer?

I don't suppose £2.95 is sustainable. That being said, as an "under" day customer, I would have no objection to paying (say) £5.95, but only once a day. I think they need to settle on a price and go for it, at least we'd know where we stand.

Because I'm buying cheap and cheerful, I don't expect to pay less p&p than someone who spends more. This could be an insurance problem however, in which case how about a fixed charge for p&p with an addition for insurance on parcels over a certain value? xxxxxx

Sounds a reasonable idea to me?

On screen it says "Deliver £2.95 all day". Where does it say it's now per item?

I dunno! 24 hours behind the rest of the world as usual Krosbint :mysmilie_518: Yesterday's p&p was £2.95 for the first item and then £1.95 each additional piece. Today's was the usual "under" day £2.95 all day. xxxxxxxxxxxx

Yeah! Finally the Forum returns to where it should be. Don't be strangers you two! :clapping:

This morning Stacey said they may not be keeping the £2.95 p&p days indefinitly as it costs that amount for them to send out their packages.
I for one will be sorry as I am much happier to buy a pearl bracelet @ £9.95 when p&p is cheap,if It is £5.95 I'll probably not bother.
