I may leave any action for a couple of days. I would have liked a response, albeit careful and possibly just an acknowledgement, but if there is an effort to tidy up a bit then I can settle for that. I really would like them to give me an excuse not to continue as 12-18 months ago it would have been unthinkable.
I e-mailed customer services yesterday at 10.00 a.m. asking if they knew what was happening about this hour and didn't receive the courtesy of so much as a "dunno", so still not really a happy bunny.
I'll keep me diary over the weekend for as much as I can be bothered/tolerate doing such an unpleasant task.
Did you watch the Lapiday hour? A tad disappointing in that there was so little on offer, but I did go for the green amethyst trilliant, and thought all the prices were very reasonable. I had something almost identical in rose quartz from old Gems. It was unusual in that it was set in gold and they'd managed to capture that glow that rose quartz can give off if the right piece is cut correctly. In a moment of weakness I gave it away and have always regretted it.

I wasn't particularly impressed, I have to say, mainly cos I don't do yellow gold, though if I ever apply for the position of Pope, and I'm sure I won't be the first atheist to hold the job, I could perhaps get the ring with the stonking big cross included in the cut. iclaudipope is in da house...
