Is anyone having problems watching the product videos? I haven't been able to watch them for months - I can hear what they are saying but the picture keeps going all funny so can't see it.

I can watch it live on the computer and I can also watch the beauty channel so its just the product videos! : (

Any help would be welcome!! I use Mozilla if that makes a difference?!?
 
I had that problem when I switched to google chrome. They have sorted it now, it's deffo at their end. I've not used mozilla but I would bet it's a problem with the browser not being supported. Have you tested it using IE?
(Am not a very techy person so don;t baffle me!!)
