Before I start I would like to say I am in no way blaming Rocks for this.....I believe the blame lies elsewhere.
I received a parcel yesterday, delivered to my place of work, a bank, as usual. Only 3 items which is a very small order for me. When I opened the parcel by cutting along the sealed edge there was only one item inside in a bracelet box. This was stuffed into the bubble wrap rather than inside the bubble wrap bag. The other two items and the invoice were missing. I emailed Rocks and they are investigating.
Tonight I checked the DPD bag and it has been opened and resealed! I don't believe this would've happened at my place of work so can only assume it has happened whilst at DPD. I've read stories, probably on here, of deliveries disappearing near Christmas but it has never happened to me before.
So ladies & gentlemen check your bags for signs of tampering before opening.
