Regarding the Dennis Basso I returned for exchange, CS have now informed me they have issued a refund but the coat is in stock if I want to re-order. That would mean two lots of postage and packing, which pays those nice workers for going to collect my product, packing it and sending it off, as Julia kindly explained last night, although I do believe their warehouses are full automated as I cannot see someone climbing the shelves to find a product and then going to pack it up, just for me!

As the item was originally on EZpay I am certainly not in a position to pay the full amount in one go, and much as I would like the coat, it is just getting to be too much hassle.

I have written to the CEO to complain, but doubt it will do much good.
