sender didnt pay full postage...........

hmmmm have been waiting for my smashbox tsv to arrive and was gonna ring cs today and ask where it is as it was dispatched 12th, anyway postie has just given me a card as a sender hasnt paid correct postage so parcel cant be delivered............. am not expecting anything else at my new address so am quite confident its the missing tsv..........has anyone else had this??

I got the Smashbox TSV but it didn't come with the postman, the courier who brings bigger parcels dropped it off.

Yes that was me, the update of this was I got my orginal postage refunded and the monies back from QVC but that was all. I rang them twice to explain the situation and they seemed so confused even thoguh I expalined in plain english. When I checked my account to see if it had all gone through, I noticed they had refunded the wong item! luckily it was for the same postage amount.
