WHY do the telephone assistants ( & I use that term loosely ! ) insist on arguing with us the customer when you ring & tell them that you have not received an item & the delivery date is past what there presenters constantly harp on about.
I have rung this morning as I have not got 2 items .One sent out on the 18th , the other 0n the 19th. I politely asked for P&P back on both of them & lo & behold she stared to argue with me about it. Now having gone through this on several occasions with Consumer Direct they are supposed to immediately refund P&P because as such they are in breach of their T&Cs.
They really don't like it when the customer reminds them of their responsibilities do they ? :taphead:
