I'm returning a couple of pieces to Gems/Rocks and would be grateful for a little advice from more seasoned shoppers.
Firstly, do I need to enclose my invoice with the return or do they get all the info they need from the little returns form I filled out ( my name and address aren't on it )
and secondly the value of the return is less than £100, do I need to send it special delivery or will recorded delivery be ok?
