Halogen Oven question

Help Support ShoppingTelly:

I've been using a halogen oven for a year or more and have cooked many times with a pyrex dish.I don't know about using a lid but I can't see why not. I usually cover dishes with foil. Just remember the dish (and lid) will be very hot. In fact I am cooking my gammon joint in my halogen oven now- excellent

You can put anything in a Halogen oven that you would put in a normal oven as long as it fits! :)

I love my halogen for joints of meat, they taste so moist and don't dry out :clapping:

...sorry doesn't answer your question, but I'd go with the suggestion to use your pyrex dish with foil on top
