I've just had the pleasure of dealing with Sabil (I bet I've spelt that incorrectly), one of the call centre managers, to resolve 2 problems - one of which was absolutely time critical for my hubby's birthday yesterday. Sabil and his team pulled out all the stops for me last week and went the extra mile. It really took me back to the "good old days" when GemsTV won awards for their customer service. Let's hope this bodes well for 2011 and we see more of this. It's this sort of service that gets them repeat business and long standing happy customers.
 
I had a similar excellent CS service from Carol Cooper last week. John Bennett, Lora and Jessica have also made a real effort to sort an issue (not dealt with very well by someone else) hopefully we will see more of this - I totally agree excellent CS does keep customers.
