Watching QVC video online - please help!

Hi, I am not sure if anyone else has this problem but I seem to be unable to watch QVC playback on my mac....on Safari nothing comes up on Firefox it just halts and keeps saying it is transferring data from QVC...on my old PC it worked fine! Does anyone else have this problem or any ideas on how to fix it?

Im not sure how macs work but i use firefox at home and explorer at work and often have problems where as i can watch bbc i player fine. Sorry i cant be more helpful here.

Just checked it out, working ok on the pc stream. I'd be tempted to try reloading Firefox just in case. I had to reload it once, as I lost 'autofill'.

I use windows exp. and was able to get videos a long time ago but haven't for ages. QVC tech support were absolutely useless and were as helpful as a proverbial chocolate teapot. I would be interested, too, if anybody has a solution . What I just don't understand is how it's the only web site where I can't see videos, even QVC USA and Germany will download fine for me. .

I use a Mac too and while previously had no problems with the live feed have never been able to watch recorded video. However, for the past two days I have not been able to get any video feed at all!
I think we need to ask QVC on this.

thanks everyone for all your replies! i have tried qvc tech before, and it is true, they are so useless i gave up! it is so weird as i can see youtube or qvcus fine....if i find a solution, i'll post here it case it helps anyone else, but i suspect it is not gonna happen

Yes, I have the same problem. I used to be able to watch the live stream on our mac but have got nothing for a while now. I can see QVC USA and all sorts of other stuff. Nice one QVC UK: another way we're being shafted!
