A while ago I bought a beautiful rainbow sapphire and diamond bracelet from Gems TV. It was always a bit too long, and I intended to get it shortened.
I finally got around to sending it to Outwork. Because it's a rainbow bracelet, they would have had to remove individual links from throughout the bracelet, and I indicated the links to be removed by tying a thread around them. Unfortunately, Outwork are saying they can't do it because it's too fiddly. I'm sure it ought to be technically possible to do it, but it would require someone with minute dexterity.
Does anyone know where I might be able to get this done? (I'm perfectly willing to send it abroad - maybe to Thailand where it was almost certainly made? - if necessary.)
