Can you believe this

I ordered the all in one Lenovo desktop PC on Saturday along with the external dvd drive. yesterday CS phoned and told me they had not enough stock to honour the order so were deleting it. Ok...thing is this morning they have still sent out the DVD drive...which is useless with out the computer. I will now have to pay £5.99 postage, plus return postage....anyway of getting in touch with higher powers to conplain about this...help please. I said i was never ever going to shop with them again prior to this as they ALWAYS send either wrong item or wrong size or wrong colour
