Introductory prices - "last showing"?????

Ok so I've just been watching QVC beauty where they were flogging some OPI and were spouting about how it was the last showing atthe introductory price and with easy pays. Now bearing in mind the beauty channel is made up purely of repeats, surely that was a big fat FIB. How can they get away with that then?
 
Probably just by stating that it's a repeat channel here and there.

I see it as a bonus, esp if they repeat an item on easy-pay as the item on the website will have the easy-pay or intro price temporaily too.

IP is a bit of a non-sense these days; they used to say the IP lasted for 12 airings but in recent years they seem to make up the IP price period as they go along with no real patteren I can see.
