QVC Customer Services - don't know their heads from their er..backsides?

Only a couple of weeks ago, I posted here that QVC had emailed me to say my beloved Prostrong promoist hand cream was now discontinued and wouldn't be coming back into stock. To say I was a little peeved was an understatement.

Low and behold, what is now available to order on the website....yep, the hand cream.

Don't get me wrong, I've made my order and well pleased its back, but what was with the bull story in the first place?

Surely not their Award Winning Customer services as they like to ram down our throats at every opportunity
