What qualifies as a TSV........?

A TSV is whatever QVC want it to be. The rest of the universe does not matter.

The last few TSV's that I have been interested in have only been a saving of the postage.

I thought the walking dvds TSV was strange but this one is really weird

A reflection on the state of QVC then ..
That has often amused me; why not have it the free postage product. I know some are better value than that but on the whole for the majority you are just saving not much more than the cost of postage.
