Lessons in BS !!

I'm convinced as part of QVC training the staff are given lessons in '' How To Bullshit The Customer '.

I have just spoken to them about an item & I know full well I was not being told the truth. I told him so & asked him not to insult my intelligence.

They must think we all paddled up the Thames on the last banana boat :taphead:

I have to ask, why are you surprised? But I know what you mean, I can't remember the last time I actually bought something from any of the shopping channels, it may have been my Archos about two years ago. I just find it difficult to believe that everything they sell is SOOOOO wonderful, carefully checked out (especially when you read some of the comments on here) and wonderfully made (again when you read comments in various threads)! I will stick with Amazon, M&S etc, at least I know their CS is good.
