Barr & Barr

Has anyone else bought a Barr & Barr handbag? What did you think?

I only ask as there aren't many reviews

I was so looking forward to reciving my bag but it was such a let down. With P&P it came to nearly £150 and I thought for this price it should have a certain 'look and feel'.

When it came if I had said to someone it was say £80-£100 from maybes Next or Oasis they would have believed me. My best friend said it wasn't worth the money and my boyfriend (and I was impressed with his interest ha ha!!) said for the price it was not good value. I've bought bags way more than this but for £150 I still think it should have abit of an 'edge' and look like quality.

The leather was a grainy look with a dull feel.

Looking on the website a few bags have already gone into Clearance. Has anyone had a success story with B&B??

I got taken in by the sales patter "you really need to feel the quality of the leather, etc." but, like you, was very disappointed and it went straight back. Even though it was an OTO it still wasn't worth the money. Actually, there was one thing I liked and that was the lovely lining..........:wink:
