'Royal' collections

Do QVC really think we're that stupid that we'll buy something simply because it's got "Royal" or "Kate" in its name? Gatineau, Elemis and Leighton Denny have all got kits out with references to the royal wedding. QVC, we're intelligent people so we're not going to buy:

1. a whole new navy blue wardrobe just because Kate (Catherine :wonder Middleton once wore a blue dress; or

2. a collection of beauty products called the 'Royal', 'Princess', 'Kate' etc collection when the lady in question has almost certainly never used any of said products in her life.

Yes even the outlet stores have merchandise. How does that work I wonder? Has the wedding been called off and we haven't been told? :wonder:

I am not surprised, if anything they will have more over there than here, the US are going daft over the royal wedding, they care more than we do!!!

I'm afraid it does the complete opposite for me and even if I liked/needed/wanted the product, it's royal title would put me right off :down:
