Washing Emus?

I know you probably shouldn't, but has anyone washed theirs successfully in the washing machine?

NO! Don't even think about it. Would you wash a sheepskin jacket in a washing machine? No. The suede will go hard for one. The glue holding the soles to the boot will not doubt come appart. There is a special kit you can buy to clean and protect the boots.

Some Dry Cleaners will do Emus and Uggs.

We've got a dry cleaners over here who cleans Emus & Uggs for 10 euros.

I was wondering this too as the label on mine says not to use a cycle with a spin. I thought it was unusual to be able to wash boots like that.
