i want fudge and cakes!

I was actually tempted into the mixed kit and I am a happy home baker and don't really need kits?! But thankfully it's delivery mainland only so I have been saved from myself. Phew!

Although the offer looked tempting, I bought their fudge kit last year. The batch I made was delicious but it didn't end up as smooth as the fudge on the show. It was fairly solid. I can only assume that the extra few seconds in the microwave 'overcooked' it, although without that extra bit of time it wouldn't have set properly at all. I ended up disposing of the rest last week, after it had sat in my cupboard for nearly a year, without attempting the fudge cake recipe in the kit. So I decided to avoid the cookies kit because I'd have probably botched those up as well. :thinking:

the fudge pies are sublime. you cannot beat it never had a problem with the fudge mixes only the fattening factor lol!
