Popped up on a show for the XBox 360 a couple of months ago that Pippa was presenting, was making a visit back to the U.K. before setting sail or flying off to set sail again.

I didn't think it was a cruise ship. I thought it was a sailing ship as a crew member. But then I am prone to moments of seniority!

That is what was said when he left to head to Florida to sail out to the Caribbean.
Though as per a previous thread which was started when he appeared back at QVC on a short visit, that at that time his occupation was slightly different than was stated when he left for life on the seas.
