All seasons duck feather quilt

I ordered one of these but it hasn't arrived. CS say it has been with the courier since the 17th.
Guess I won't be getting it. Has anyone else received theirs ?

Sorry to hear your item hasn't turned up.......was it the one which was Pick of the Day? I was very tempted too but went with my gut instinct and decided against ordering from IW because of several previous hiccups. I had a look on Amazon instead and found what looked to be the exact one which was cheaper with only £1.95 P&P. I ordered on a Tuesday morning and it was delivered the next day!!!

Hope you can get it all sorted because IW must be one of the worst companies at taking your money at the point of placing an order yet you can wait weeks and weeks for your goods.......totally disgraceful in my opinion.

Had an email today which says the quilt will be delivered on 31 october.
When I asked for a refund, I was told the claim form would be sent in 7 days !
Customer service is terrible & won't be ordering from them again.
