surprise phonecall

I was surprised to get an automated phone call from QVC regarding an item I had sent back, and apologising that it wasn't suitable. Has anyone else had one?

I only got a robotcall from them when a Tiffany lamp (which wasn't delivered for whatever reason) wasn't in stock for a second attempt at delivery. A bit abrupt with no information or reason given for the lamp's mysterious disappearance.

Yes I got a call this evening regarding a replacement Order that had just been sent out.
