The try me price is quite reasonable, but £5.45 p+p? QVC really do need to address the issue of such high postage rates. Over £20 isn't cheap for one pillow and, whilst people including myself would be prepared to pay for a superior item, they do not appreciate having to pay through the nose to receive an order which is adding to QVC's profit coffers. The viewer is not stupid, and is well aware why postage is so exorbitant. Companies ought to remember that the customer is providing them with our business, by virtue of which they actually have a business. They could show us they value us a little more by putting a ceiling cap on p+p.
