Is anyone else having problems....I can only get the page up that tells you to tune into QVC to get email alerts and special offers????

Its working ok for me but when I clicked on the TSV it is coming up with the CS message

I had a similar problem the other day, Carole, and hubby told me to empty the cache which took care of it. It took me forever to find it on my computer but I did and so far no problems.

I`m hopeless on the computer only knowing the basics :-(
I wouldn`t know where to begin to look for the `cache`.... hopefully tomorrow it`ll be ok again, its saving me money anyway so that can`t be all bad.. lol

I'm having the same problem. I thought it was their fault but it must be my laptop then and I've deleted all browsing history and it's still the same.
