What is so special about this event?, When hasent it been jewellery week over the last year on bid, If it goes on much longer they might as well rebrand Bid jewellery specialising in tacky gold plated or finished tat and tanzanite of course with fake diamonds :devil:

Just watched an 18ct plated stretchy bracelet

'Nice Valentines present and you'd pay more for the wooden box in some jewellers'

I would have liked to have seen how you're supposed to put a round bracelet, that didn't undo, into this long wooden box:mysmilie_506:

It's probably 'fragmented stock', ie the sweepings off the warehouse floor :hi: And lets face it, if the odd bit of grit or discarded fag end gets caught up with these 'rare' jewels it aint gonna make a heck of a lot of difference to the value.
