Good old Englebert, eh? At 75, he's only going to be Eurovision's oldest ever entrant.

It's certainly one way to make the UK act stand out from all those teenage Barbie and Ken types that usually grace our screens.

[I'm secretly hoping for a bit of Dad Dancing in his act, too.]

Always had a lot of respect for Enge as a very nice man. He does a lot for charity, especially at the Leicester hospital where I used to work.

Love Enge! He was one of my mum's heart throbs and I grew up listening to him ~ I'll be cheering him on!

Looking forward to this.

Hell,he can't do any worse than the UK's recent entries, can he?

BTW We've got Jedward again

Well, there goes my reason for liviiiiiiing...........

Ahem.

Englebert is certainly cheesy enough for the competition. I'm sure he'll do a sterling job.

And look! He's 'freshened' up and is all ready to go. Bless.

I love the idea in theory, but I think the "irony" will be lost in translation and we'll do as bad as ever! Hope I'm wrong btw!
