Why oh why do they bother to say use the website because its really busy on the phones..i have been trying to order a kipling for about 2 hours now and it keeps saying sorry cannot blah blah blah..phone 0800 50 40 30... its very frustrating..... i hate ordering over the phone. :headbang:

Try closing your browser and starting again. It happens to me often and this usually rectifies it. Hope that helps!

This often happens if you have put something in your basket and not checked it out next time you try to buy something it wont let you.

Its so annoying that isn`t it I would rather do it on line as I said the other night I saved a lot of money because it wouldn`t let me do some `secret buying` lol
