What products do you think QVC makes the most profits on?

Obviously lots of the beauty stuff but I bet , even taking account of returns, they made a killing on those ahh bras, associated pants etc.

Beauty goods on volume of sales I would have thought, otherwise agree with jewellery which has always had a high mark-up.

as much as I love it, the big name nail polishes. You can purchase magnetic polishes with "very similar" colours from Boots/Superdrug for £4.99/£5.99 a bottle, whereas they charge £11 for theirs. That's double the price!

Also the food, meat and chocolates that they sell - for example I have seen the same choccies in my local pound shop (small boxes I agree) but £1 is not £30-£40-£50 a set. And the meat, wahoo! if I wanted to spend £80+ on meat at christmas I would go to supermarkets etc for far lower prices and choose my own.

In terms of the sheer amount they shift, I would guess the beauty products ~ probably skin care

The brands they own, diamonique, northen nights, cooks essentials etc, no middle man.
