The Primrose Bakery Book

This was on the Morning show on the 19th April at £9.99 I think, free p&p on advanced order. I quite fancied it as the recipes looked very easy and lots of pictures. I'm not the world's best cook but decided to buy it........ from Amazon at £8.79, free P&P and it arrived today.

It is a lovely book, beautiful pictures of cakes, biscuits and bread to die for and the recipes look really no-nonsense easy.

Obviously, the proof for me will be in the baking and - big sigh - eating but I am going to give it a go.

I was very tempted when I saw the book presented.
I hope you manage to create some special things.
Hearing them speaking about their shops, was really disappointed none were local to me.

Thanks for that, will take a look as I love books. AbeBooks is fab for hard-to-find books, sourcing the world; bought a cookbook from the 90s, spine not even cracked, for a few pounds. Spent an enjoyable couple of hours curled up with it.
