Hot Pick Easypay only available at 5pm

Have just tried to purchase the quacker factory jeans that are a hot pick today at 5pm.

The website says available in 2 easy pay installements. I have these jeans in indigo (which incidently are brill!) and wanted to buy the black and thought I would take advantage of the easypay. Ordering online does not bring up the easy pay so I rang and tried to order by speaking to someone (something I havnt done for a long time) only to be told that I cannot take advantage of the easypay until 5pm! I argued that it stated on the web page that these were available on easy pay to no avail.

Never had this happen before on a hot pick! Is this normal?

I have heard previously CS say the easy is only on offer in the show it's seen.
But then that's open to vary, as some items seem to be left on easy pay.
As for today's hot picks and easy pay then NN duvet set to be shown at 10am is on easy now because just featured on the Morning Show.
More than likely someone's not got there act together and not got it loaded on the system.
I'd try ringing again saying you'll be out later, maybe you'll get someone a lot more helpful.
